ROLE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

My soul's highest calling is to support and serve others with an open and loving heart. Because of this, the services I offer my clients will always be in their best interests. Here is how:

Respect:

I treat all of my clients with fairness, compassion, and respect, regardless of their gender, race, culture, sexual preference, and beliefs. Intuitive Readings, Soul Mentorship, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Reiki Sessions are a judgment-free zone, and I will always do my best to create a safe and sacred space for clients to share, heal, learn, grow, and transform.

Responsibility:

As an Intuitive Reader, Soul Mentor, Spiritual Life Coach, and Reiki Practitioner, I will serve and support my clients' interests without causing, or intending to cause, harm. While my role is to interpret the oracle cards, channel information, and guide them through various spiritual coaching techniques to the best of my ability, it is the clients who are responsible for their own decisions and actions following our sessions. All clients must read and agree to the disclaimers before booking/purchasing a session.

I do not read cards, channel information, conduct mentorship/coaching sessions, or perform energy work for anyone who is not present or unable to consent (e.g., a family member, a partner, a friend, a co-worker, etc.). I consider this spiritual spying, and it is an invasion of another person's energy and privacy.

I reserve the right to refuse a session that goes against this code of ethics or my boundaries.

Confidentiality:

Intuitive Readings, Soul Mentorship, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Reiki Sessions are confidential, and I will not share clients' personal data. All information revealed in the sessions will remain confidential unless life-threatening or required by a court of law.

Expertise:

I will always support and serve my clients to the best of my abilities. I am constantly improving my skills and growing as a Channeller, Intuitive Reader, Soul Mentor, Spiritual Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner.

I do my best to hold space, ask the right questions, and help my clients find the answers they need during their session(s). I will always be honest and open about what I see, and I can't make promises or 100% guarantees about any outcomes.

I am not a qualified physician, lawyer, financial advisor, or psychologist. I will suggest the client seek professional services from qualified professionals as the situation arises.

ROLE OF THE CLIENT

Clients are solely responsible for making and implementing their own decisions, choices, actions, and for the results arising from Intuitive Readings, Soul Mentorship, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Reiki Sessions, regarding their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

All clients must read and agree to the disclaimers before booking/purchasing a session.

Christine Maunu-Westley and Wisdom Within The Winds will not be held accountable or liable for any losses/damages/issues arising from the information provided/referenced/suggested during the session. All decisions made by and all actions taken by the client as a result of any information provided/referenced/suggested during the reading are the sole responsibility of the client.
